So, the book has landed!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many years I’ve been told I should try writing a book, so in June this year, over three nights, I spent 27 hours having a go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not because I want to become a published author or make thousands of pounds from sales, but more because I wanted to leave some of the way I think on paper for the generations that come after me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this book, I’ve tried to highlight the need for an open mind when it comes to breeding and the importance of how we think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not everyone will agree with my thought process or how I approach certain criteria, but that’s OK. This isn’t a book telling you the best way to do things; it’s simply about the way I currently see things, and those views may well change in years to come. Times change and the goalposts move!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve self-published this book because I wanted to make sure my voice could still be heard. It was also important to me that it came across very much as a book written by an amateur author, because that’s exactly what I am!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I could have gone into so much more detail about different subjects, but I wanted to keep the book an easy and enjoyable read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As always, if anyone out there needs any help or support with any of the subjects I cover, I’m always available for a conversation. As everyone who knows me will tell you, I’m a very open book!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The book is priced at \u00a325, including postage and packaging.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve also made the conscious decision to donate \u00a310 from every book sold to Make-A-Wish UK<\/strong>, giving something back to some of the children who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having experienced many struggles ourselves with our daughter, I know first-hand the comfort that comes from knowing there are others out there willing to try and help wherever they can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if not, hopefully it’ll at least make a good firestarter, as it’s not quite thick enough to make a decent doorstop!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
